Since 1936, Academy College has been starting students on the path to success as a private college in Bloomington, Minnesota. We offer a diverse set of programs granting Certificates, Bachelor and Associate degrees in programs from aviation to computer technology, business and digital arts. Our classes and programs are kept relevant and current thanks to the ongoing work of local business professionals on Academy College’s Program Advisory Committee. The Academy College campus is located in Bloomington, Minnesota and features classrooms with state-of-the-art equipment and college offices so you can speak to staff when it’s convenient to your class schedule.Our computer-related classes all feature state-of-the-art software. At Academy College, we make sure to provide students with plenty of lab time, even beyond your regularly scheduled class.

Class Format
Standard/Traditional:
Academy College offers classes, morning, noon and night, with select classes offered on weekends. Our students are taught by specialists in their fields who are aware of current standards and work to make sure Academy College’s students are prepared for the “real world.” We give students plenty of time to not only access classroom equipment, but also to communicate closely with their teachers.Online:
Through a unique web-based interface, we allow Academy College students to take limited offerings of courses online. Using this system, students may conveniently work towards completion of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in a place and at a time that works.. This special interface utilizes e-mail, discussion boards, chat rooms and other features to make learning online easier and even more comfortable.Affordability

We offer students a wide variety of support services from Financial Aid to any who qualify to lifetime placement services for graduates of Academy College. Not only do we have Financial Aid officers on site to help you fill out forms, but also our graduates are eligible for refresher courses and résumé counseling that lasts long after they’ve left our campus to start their career. Our Career Services Department also helps students and graduates with developing your networking skills and interview techniques and we maintain a database of prospective employers for each career field Academy College offers.Academy College helps students find part-time and full-time employment, encouraging you to try a job in the career field you’re pursuing while you’re in school. We also offer internship opportunities so you can begin getting valuable on-the-job training immediately.
