Located in the historically rich suburb of Ladue in St. Louis, Missouri, L’École Culinaire offers tremendous educational opportunities for career-minded chefs. The campus features classrooms, assorted culinary and baking kitchen labs and an amazing demonstration kitchen.Class Format
L’École Culinaire's classes are based on a 10-week rotation and we have students focus on only one course of study every 10 weeks. This helps assure that you have the time you need to perfect your skills before moving on to a brand new skill set in your culinary experiences.L’École Culinaire focuses on hands-on experiences and career-based instruction with actual professionals in the nearby St. Louis culinary industry. We apply your training to such topics as food distribution and world hunger so you are constantly thinking about how your skills fit in today’s wide world.
